How to measure:

Bust
Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your bust, making sure it is neither too loose nor too tight.

Height
Stand with your feet together, back against a wall or flat surface, head looking straight ahead, and measure the vertical distance from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet with a tape measure or ruler.

Weight
Wear light clothing and try to measure your weight in the morning on an empty stomach to get a more accurate value. Use an electronic or mechanical scale and record the reading after standing firmly.
