How to measure:

Chest
Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest to ensure it is neither too loose nor too tight.

Height
Measure vertically from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet with a tape measure or ruler while standing with your feet together, your back against a wall or flat surface, and your head looking straight ahead.

Weight
Wear light clothing and try to measure in the morning on an empty stomach to get a more accurate weight. Use a digital or mechanical scale and record the reading after standing firmly.
